1. Agreement
By purchasing leads through the LeadWaffle marketplace, you (“Buyer”) agree to these Buyer Terms & Conditions (“Buyer Terms”) in addition to the LeadWaffle Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, these Buyer Terms govern your lead purchases.
2. Lead Purchases
Leads are sold by independent Sellers on the LeadWaffle marketplace. LeadWaffle facilitates transactions but does not generate, own, or guarantee leads. Each lead listing describes the type of lead, contact information included, and whether the lead is exclusive or non-exclusive.
All purchases are final except as described in the Refund Policy below.
3. Refund Policy: Money-Back Guarantee
LeadWaffle offers a 24-hour money-back guarantee on lead purchases. If a purchased lead contains bad or unverifiable contact information, you may submit a refund request within 24 hours of purchase.
Eligible reasons for a refund include:
- Phone number is disconnected, wrong number, or does not belong to the named lead
- Email address is invalid, bounces, or does not belong to the named lead
- Lead contact information is completely fabricated or nonsensical
Refund requests are not eligible for:
- Leads where the contact person is simply unresponsive or not interested
- Leads where you disagree with the lead's intent or quality of conversation
- Requests submitted more than 24 hours after purchase
- Non-exclusive leads that were also purchased by another buyer
To submit a refund request, contact support@leadwaffle.com within 24 hours of purchase with your order number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds will be applied to your account or original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Permitted Use of Leads
Purchased leads may only be used for:
- Lawful business development and sales outreach by your company
- Services directly related to the lead's stated interest or inquiry
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share leads with third parties
- Use leads for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Engage in harassment, threats, or abusive conduct toward lead subjects
- Contact lead subjects in ways that violate the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, or other applicable regulations
5. Exclusive vs. Non-Exclusive Leads
Exclusive leads are sold to one Buyer only. Once purchased, the lead is removed from the marketplace.
Non-exclusive leads may be purchased by multiple Buyers. Each listing clearly indicates whether a lead is exclusive or non-exclusive. LeadWaffle does not limit the number of buyers for non-exclusive leads beyond the Seller's specified cap.
6. Payment
All payments are processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize LeadWaffle to charge your payment method the listed price. Prices are set by Sellers and are clearly displayed before purchase.
7. No Warranty on Lead Outcome
LeadWaffle does not warrant that any lead will result in a sale, conversion, or business outcome. Lead quality (verified contact information) is guaranteed subject to the refund policy above. Business outcomes depend on factors outside LeadWaffle's control.
